I've been reading your posts on colors. Although I haven't responded until now- time constraints, inability to form a concise thought, distraction...whatever the reason, I think about you and your thought-provoking posts throughout the day(s). The red cloak? It keeps appearing in my memory. I recall feeling unable to continue our conversation as she walked by. So many thoughts -- did she walk off a movie set? Did she find that fabulous cloak and wear it because it made her happy? Who knows, but it was a delightful distraction. Today, as I was driving my daughter home from school, bopping to 24K Magic by Bruno Mars (how appropriate!), the sky -- specifically the sun and clouds caught my attention. Not a vivid yellow, but awe-inspiring. And I thought of you! I'll send you the photo (I'm unsure how to post it here). As for those in LA, we are sending love and prayers, and our family just donated crates for the animals!
She was PURE magic - that red cloaked wonder - and I just love thinking back to us looking at each other .. speechless but SOO delighted. We need another adventure day. I love your questions about her. Ok can I just say how much I love that you were bopping to 24K- just love. And that sunset??!!! Exquisite - just exquisite and an exquisite capture. I love this post - every word and what you have done to help LA - so beautiful. Big big love to you!!
