Hello lovely creative,
“Healing is art.”
This sentence resonated with me. So often we think about art and creativity in terms of painting, dancing, writing, etc. However, if we dive deeper we often find that the act of making is healing and has many benefits from regulating our nervous system and protecting against the cognitive decline that may come with age to enhancing problem-solving skills and giving us a place to process our emotions.
Intuitive and Transformational Coach, Vee from Vee’s Space is an experienced teacher/professor by profession who turned away from some of her creative and spiritual gifts for quite some time. When it became clear that denying those gifts meant denying who she as a person, Vee began to embrace herself and that led to creating a space for people to remember and return to themselves, Vee’s Space. It is a spiritual and creative space for restoration.
No matter where you are on your journey or what you believe in, this conversation will inspire you to think about your connection to life, Nature, the Universe and yourself.
